As of Fall 2002, four plus years after the conclusion ofISDC '98, we have not succeeded in producing the ConferenceProceedings.

• We have abandoned the effort to produce a PRINTED version.
• All money collected to reserve copies of the Proceedings has been returned.
• We did not consider a CD-ROM version at the time.
• It is possible, however, that we may eventually succeed in putting some papers ONLINE.
• If you presented a paper at ISDC '98 and have it in electronic form, please contact Peter Kokh about sending it again.
