For those looking for (a) roommate(s) at the last minute, a file willbe kept at the ISDC Services Desk of those offering space in theirguest rooms.

There is an additional $15 fee per night for rollaway beds.

Hyatt Business Plan (TM) accommodationsare offered at an additional charge of $15 per room, per night, basedon availability. The Hyatt Business Plan (TM) guest room comesspecially equipped with personal workstation with fax machine, deskphone, computer hook-up, 24 hour access to printer, photocopier andother business essentials. No phone access charges for 800, local,and credit card calls. The rooms are equipped with a coffee maker,iron, and ironing board and include express continental breakfast inour Pilsner Palace and morning newspaper.

Cut-off-date

The cut-off date for Hotel reservations is May 1st, 1998. Afterthis date, reservations will be accepted at the conference rates, ona space available basis only, and only through the local (414)number, not through the (800) number.

Fitness Facilities

The Hotel does provide a fitness center on our third floor whichwill be complimentary to all registered guests and group attendeesregistered in the Hotel.

Parking

Parking is available in the garage adjacent to the Hotel. Thediscounted fee for overnight guests is $7 for 24 hours. The currentdiscounted rate at the time of the ISDC will be available to allattendees. Additional parking is available within walking distancefrom $2 to $7 a day. A current list of alternate parking locationsand fees will be available at the ISDC Services Desk.

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle service is available between the Hotel and MitchellInternational Airport in either direction at a one way rate of $8.50(as of 11/14/97)

Restaurants

The Hotel has three restaurants including the Polaris, a revolvingrestaurant above the Hotel roof. The Hotel is linked by climatecontrolled Skywalk to the Grand Avenue Mall where there are many lowprice eateries in the third floor "Speisgarten". A Restaurant Guidefor those on foot, taking the bus, or going by car will be availableat the ISDC Services Desk. A Services Guide for grocery shopping,photocopying, film developing, and church services will also beavailable at the ISDC Services Desk.

Packages

Packages may be shipped direct to the hotel, and at the end of theconference, shipped from the hotel. There are handling charges ateach end (recieving for incoming items, shipping for outgoing items).These are $7 per package under 20 lbs. $15 per package over 20 lbs.(no maximum weight, but if there is quite a lot, the hotel may assessa "reasonable" "pallet charge".
